Michael Jordan to Live in Jupiter (Florida)
Guest post provided by Luxury Homes Network
Michael Jordan likes his real estate grand — as well he should, given his enormous wealth. The fabled athlete’s latest foray into the world of luxury real estate is a development in Jupiter, Florida. Ostensibly, the project is a single-family home, but its scope is pretty impressive. In all, it’s a compound that counts with four separate structures: main residence, pool house, guest house, and guard house.
Other deluxe features include a media center with, ahem, a special ventilation system. The sophisticated venting feature was inspired by Mr. Jordan’s distaste for having to forsake his favorite cigars while in (plush) enclosed quarters. The entire Jupiter shebang has cost Jordan $12.4 million in total. Still, it all seems to be worth it for the man synonymous with Nike, for he will be in very good company. His neighbors include other heavy hitters in the realm of sports: Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, and Keegan Bradley.
Jordan’s new home has eleven bedrooms and an astonishing 28,000 square feet, full basketball court included! Moreover, His Airness will be only a stone’s throw away from a world-class golf course. That’s certainly something Jordan, who’s taken a keen interest in the sport, can feel good about.
