The Mexican Riviera extends down the west coast of the country and the towns of Acapulco and Mazatlan have been hosting tourists for decades. Acapulco in the state of Guerrero, is famous for its daredevil cliff divers and the old resorts that date back to the 1950s and were the, personal, realm of movie stars and the world’s millionaires. Mazatlan is a more modern beach resort where the visitors, party hardy and the attractions lean towards parasailing, scuba diving, jet skiing, sunbathing and other ocean pursuits. .
